Screen Capture. When you use Shop Party, we may capture your screen in order to broadcast it to other users in that Shop Party. In such circumstances, and subject to our Terms of Service, the information present on your screen may be available to other users in that Shop Party.

Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, the searches you conduct, purchases you make, and the dates and times of your visits.

Our third party partners, such as analytics and advertising partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services. Users. When you use Shop Party, other Users in that Shop Party may have access to information concerning your purchases if you’ve provided consent for such functionality.

User Provided Content. Our Services provide Users the ability to rate and review products, write comments, create lists, upload videos and pictures, submit feedback, participate in our forums, and otherwise post content to our websites and applications. The content you post, along with your name, user name, and other profile information is generally viewable and searchable by other Users. You may be able to edit or delete certain content, subject to "Your Choices" below. We are not responsible for other Users’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how you identify yourself on the Services.

Marketing. We do not rent, sell, or share information about you with nonaffiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes, unless we have your permission.

Analytics Partners. We may share your information with our analytics partners, including Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, and Segment.io to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources.

Advertising Partners. We work with third party advertising partners to show you ads that we think may interest you.

Advertising. Some of our advertising partners are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (http://optout.networkadvertising.org) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (http://optout.aboutads.info). If you do not wish to receive personalized ads, please visit their opt-out pages to learn about how you may opt out of receiving web-based personalized ads from member companies. You can access any settings offered by your mobile operating system to limit ad tracking, or you can install the AppChoices mobile app to learn more about how you may opt out of personalized ads in mobile apps.

Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

If you choose not to provide us with information we collect, some features of our Services may not work as intended.

5. California Privacy Rights

Minors. If you are a California resident under the age of 18, California Business and Professions Code § 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted on any of our Services. To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to  k.semonella@gmail.com with the subject line “CALIFORNIA MINOR CONTENT REMOVAL REQUEST.” Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested. 

Do Not Track. Under California law, website operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser "do not track" signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information of a consumer over time and across third party websites, to the extent the operator engages in that collection. At this time, we do not track our customers' personal information over time and across third-party websites. This law also requires website operators to disclose whether third parties may collect personally identifiable information about their users' online activities over time and across different websites when the users use the operator's website. Balanced Body Ny does not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about an individual consumer's online activities over time and across different websites when a consumer uses our Services.

Our Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate, including to various social media providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third party services or any information you disclose to these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, as no electronic transmission of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 16 years of age, and no part of our Services are directed to children under 16 years of age. We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted.
